Phone, chat, and text may be answered by an AI assistant that can answer general questions, collect information, and book appointments. It cannot provide results or medical, legal, or immigration advice. Ask for a team member at any time.
Recording and logs
Calls may be recorded and chats logged for quality, training, and record-keeping. Louisiana generally permits recording with one-party consent; callers are notified at the start of a recorded call.

Records are protected under our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice where applicable. Ask the assistant for a team member, reply STOP to texts, or contact us to opt out of automated communications.
