Yes. All services are by appointment only. Our hours are Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM–2:00 PM; we are closed Sunday. Call or text 225-998-TEST and we will find a time that works.

Please bring a valid, government-issued photo ID. Depending on the service, you may also need employer or agency authorization forms, court documents, testing paperwork, chain-of-custody forms, or any instructions provided by your employer, attorney, court, or requesting agency.

Most collection appointments take only a short amount of time. The total turnaround time for results depends on the type of test and laboratory processing requirements.

Turnaround time varies depending on the type of DNA relationship test and the laboratory processing the specimen. Standard results take 3 to 5 business days and expedited results take 1 to 2 business days. These times are for regular DNA tests, not Immigration DNA.

Yes. Please note a travel fee is applied if we travel to you for testing. Areas or locations requesting services not listed on the website should contact us to see if we can service your area.
