Services and scope
We coordinate and collect specimens for drug, alcohol, DNA, blood, wellness, background, and employer screening services. Tests are performed by accredited laboratories. We do not provide medical, legal, or immigration advice. Review health results with your healthcare provider.
Identification and eligibility
- Bring valid government photo identification.
- Legal DNA collections require identification for each adult, a child’s birth certificate or identification, and a parent or guardian for minors.
- We may refuse or reschedule a service when identity, authorization, safety, specimen, or preparation requirements are not met.
Appointments and fees
Travel fees may apply to DNA and mobile services. After-hours, weekend, and holiday fees may apply. Prices shown are estimates; final pricing is confirmed before service.
Payment
We are cashless and accept credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, Amazon Pay, Afterpay, Klarna, or Zip (pay over time). Afterpay is subject to each provider’s own terms.
Cancellations and refunds
Payment is made in full at checkout, including travel. Payment is required before services are rendered. All sales are final. If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment, you can rebook within 1 year of your payment date at no extra charge. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Results
Results are released only to the donor or authorized parties. Turnaround times are estimates and nonstandard samples may cause delays. Informational DNA results are not intended for legal use.
Specimen handling
Specimens are collected, transported, retained, and destroyed under applicable collection and laboratory policies.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Louisiana law, services and website content are provided without guarantees beyond written service commitments. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. You agree to indemnify us for claims caused by your unlawful use, false information, or breach of these terms.
Governing law and changes
Louisiana law governs these terms. Exclusive venue lies in state or federal courts serving East Baton Rouge Parish. We may update these terms by posting a revised version and date.
