Before your wellness screening: rules and requirements

Do:

Bring a valid government-issued photo ID.
Let us know about symptoms or a known exposure when you book.
Bring any employer, school, or travel paperwork.

Do not:

COVID-19 and flu tests: do not use nasal rinses or nasal sprays for 1 hour before your appointment.
Strep A test: do not eat, drink, chew gum, smoke, or use mouthwash for 1 hour before your appointment.
Pregnancy test: do not drink excessive amounts of water immediately before testing. Diluted urine may affect results.

Good to know:

No special preparation is needed unless we tell you otherwise.
Screening results are not a diagnosis; discuss them with a healthcare provider.
