Arrive on time. DOT testing is time-documented.
Bring any court, probation, or employer paperwork.
Employers: send your written policy threshold if you would like it noted.

Do not:

Do not eat, drink, smoke, or use tobacco for at least 15 minutes before the test.
Breath alcohol tests: do not eat, drink, smoke or use mouthwash or breath spray for 15 minutes before your test.
