No refunds. All sales are final. In the event a test is cancelled or needs to be rescheduled, we will honor that request up until 1 year from the date of initial payment.

We are a cashless business. We only accept credit/debit cards, Klarna, and Affirm.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to fees, especially for mobile, after-hours, weekend, or holiday scheduling.
Travel & After-Hours
A travel fee applies when we come to you, and additional fees may apply outside normal business hours.

Clients must bring a valid government-issued photo ID plus any employer, court, or chain-of-custody paperwork.
Legal Test Chain of Custody
Legal DNA and other official-use testing requires identity verification, documented collection, and chain-of-custody handling.
